For the wedding, Black Tie Optional: Please feel welcome to dress up with us—we want everyone to feel their best! Tuxedos or suits, as well as long dresses, gowns, or polished cocktail attire, are all perfect. Pops of color are welcome!

For the welcome party, Cocktail

The weather will likely be in the low to mid 70s during the day, and cool down to the 60s at night.

Our ceremony will take place at 4:15PM on the Hotel Lawn at the Ritz-Carlton in Sarasota, Florida. Please arrive by 4:00PM to not disrupt the processional. You can access the Hotel Lawn by walking through the Jack Dusty restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton lobby and down the stairs on the right, or via the elevators.

We will also have a welcome party on the rooftop at Sage the night before, which is directly across the street from the Ritz-Carlton and easily accessible from other local hotels as well.

We recommend flying into Sarasota Airport (SRQ), ~11 minutes away from the hotel via Uber, Lyft, or airport trolley.

SRQ is a smaller airport, so flight availability may be limited. More flights are available to Tampa Airport (TPA), ~1 hr away by car, St. Petersburg-Clearwater Airport (PIE), 1 hour away by car, or Orlando Airport (MCO), ~2 hours away by car.

Our welcome party will be on the rooftop of Sage Restaurant, located at 1216 1st St, right across the street from the Ritz Carlton (<5 minutes walk, or a 2-minute drive).

If walking, walk left out of the front entrance, down the side driveway past the Westin, and cross the street. Sage is half a block ahead on the right.

If you prefer to drive, Sage offers complimentary valet parking.

We love your children, but want you to have a night off!

We understand many of you may want to make this a weekend with your families -- please reach out if you need childcare recommendations for Saturday night.

Children are invited to the Welcome Party on Friday night.

We kindly ask that you leave any photos during the ceremony to the photographer, and do not take your own photos during the ceremony. We want to see your faces, not your phones! There will be plenty of time for photos throughout the rest of the evening.

Rideshares are readily available via Uber/Lyft.

Sarasota has a free downtown trolley to bring guests throughout town (please note, this is a different trolley than the airport trolley).

There is also a trolley from SRQ airport to downtown hotels.
